Mr. Sudman, If you would like to take this matter publically, using DealerRater.com, you leave us little option but to post all the email correspondence from you and our store. Your Versa search began in July, when Nissan offered different Rebates and Incentives on the Versa. To be candid, you shopped yourself out of a deal on the vehicle going from store to store and taking too much time to decide. We are in September and those factory incentives are long gone. Our Emails were also clear that the pricing we offered you was on an IN STOCK vehicle. You want Magnetic Gray only. We no longer have one in stock. We went the extra mile to locate you a car and offered to spend our time and money to get it back here for you to purchase. We will let the public know we refused to take a deposit from you on a car you did not want, which is contrary to your claims. We will let the public know that our final number, even in September, was a loss to our dealership financially just to appease you and try to earn your business. I think you just make me more angry, because everything you say is lie and just not true and now you want to scare me, when I tell true. From september1-6 Nissan offer bigger rebate them in July and August, when we meet first time, plus on September 1 till 4.I was contact with dealership on September 1 ,and confirm the price and you agree(on specific color). When call dealership on September 2,3,4, I can't get to Internet manager, not respond on my messages, finnally on Satuday evening September 4, around 6.40 P.m your internet manager call me and again confirm the price and wanted take deposit for Nissan Versa in grey color, and I told , I will came on monday and make the deal, he agree. n monday and make the deal, he agree. When I came on Monday, price go up almost by 2000 dollars , and dealership still don't have the car. When I asked if they looked for car.Answer was, yes we can't find(not true) I found the the car very fast.Yes I think we need show our email to show the true. Thank You Plus you put my name, why you not show yours name, just Ramsey Nissan.Show your name if you think you correct and I am wrong .

You want take deposit on Saturday evening (Sep 4, 2010, at 6.40 P.M) 2. Dealership never make the deal , if they will be loose the money 3. If you don't want the deal, just say no, we can do for this amount and story will be ended at that point. Thank you

We are in September and those factory incentives are long gone. We have told you this repeatedly for the last 2 months. Our Emails were also clear that the pricing we offered you was on an IN STOCK vehicle. It is now September and 2010 Versa inventory is virtually non-existent at any area Nissan dealership. You want Magnetic Gray only. We no longer have one in stock. We went the extra mile to locate you a car which was over 100 miles from our zip code and offered to spend our time and money to get it back here for you to purchase. We want the public know we REFUSED TO TAKE A DEPOSIT THAT YOU OFFERED on a car you did not want, which is contrary to your claims. We believe the public should know that our final number, even in September, was a loss to our dealership financially just to appease you and try to earn your business. We request you re-think your rating of our store. We also know that you visited many Nissan dealers since July and you still do not have a vehicle.
