Just got my new car from Ramsey Nissan 3 days ago. The experience has been great! Within a couple of hours, I drove away with my new car. From the receptionist to the sales (Jim Deghetto, who is very frie experience has been great! Within a couple of hours, I drove away with my new car. Everyone gets nervous & stressed when they are getting ready to buy or lease a new vehicle. I was not ready to spend a ton of money & I hear a lot of horror stories about dealers ripping people off. I had ready to buy or lease a new vehicle. I was not ready to spend a ton of money & I hear a lot of horror stories about dealers ripping people off. I had the exact opposite happen to me at Ramsey Nissan. Max Carela was patient, answered all my questions and went ABOVE & BEYOND to make sure I got a deal that would work for me financially. I never met such a kind-hearted, honest salesmen in my entire experience of being a customer! I was a pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to get the car I wanted at a great price with no extra worries! THANKS FOR EVERYTHING MAX! I LOVE my car! After going through the "picking a car at the right price," I was directed to the finance department, in which I was greeted by Fred Styka. Not only was he funny and friendly- he explained EVERY detail to what I was signing, what I was getting and what I needed to finalize my purchase. I walked out of there actually knowing everything I needed to know about leasing my new Nissan Altima without feeling like there were hidden fees or getting ripped off. Nick was extremely helpful with my recent purchase of a Nissan Rogue 360. He, the floor manager, and the finance manager waited patiently as I looked online to aid my finances. This was a wonderful and very professional process and experience. Robert was wonderful and knowledgeable. He let me explain what I wanted and what I expected. He let me talk. He took in all my wants and needs and together we came up with the perfect match. Robert was knowledge in the vehicle I choose and managed to pull some strings to get on in stock for me ASAP. The day I was to pick up the vehicle I should p 90 minutes earlier than I was scheduled. Robert gave up his lunch break to get all the paperwork and forms completed.
