Fantastic prompt service. Personable personnel. We had a problem with headlights and just passing through on way to Wisconsin. Amazing to work with Ramsey Service Dept. This is my first time to Ramsey Service as I got a used Outback and I got LOT of doubts to get clarified. I ended up with them, as my outback was loosing coolant with not visible sing of a leak. Dennis Parker help me in fixing the issue (which i am sure a challenging task) and answered all my question until I got all of them answered to my satisfaction. He checked few more thing on the car on my request and suggested to visit one more as I hear some noise (air sound while on highways) inside the cabin. I had a very good experience with Ramsey Subraru Service dept. and I highly recommend them to all Subaru owners in town. More

I had a coupon on my phone (could not get it printed off the site from my laptop) and several coupons that did print; the service rep noted which one would be best for my service order. I appreciated the courtesy ride to a nearby restaurant and was given a message when my service was done. I returned to find my car was available. Work was explained. I paid the bill. I discovered that the coupon was not applied to the invoice, so we had to cancel the transaction, redo the bill, and then pay it again. I then discovered that 1 service item I had requested on the 120k list was not done (fuel filter), which may have been confused by the service rep who erroneously initially included air filter (which I noted was not needed (as I had done it) service.
