Most importantly to me -- they are very organized and timely. If your appointment is at 10am, they take you in at 10am; if they had told you your car will be done at 3pm, your car is done at 3pm. I have been dealing with another car company's service center, and it is a complete nightmare -- nothing runs smoothly, nothing is on time, the staff literary lies to you... Nothing of this nature happens at Mazda. To the contrary, like I said above, everything runs smoothly, they respect their customers, they are honest and forthcoming...the perfect service center! No pressure Took my Mazda to Ramsey for a recall inspection and oil change. They found a few items that needed addressed, a couple of which I approved. Some issue every time. Took my car in for a recall. They were kind enough to provide a loaner, but when I got home at the end of the day I discovered a cover laying in the Took my car in for a recall.
