Brought vehicle in for Airbage Recall. Offered loaner vehicle while work was done and communicated service status throughout the day which was greatly appreciated. Wheel bearing Right rear wheel bearing was making some noise. The technician confirmed the bearing was bad and replaced it. The service mgr was quick to meet me, explain the waiting area and that he would come get me when it was complet My visit was for routine maintenance.
