Amazing to work with Ramsey Service Dept. This is my first time to Ramsey Service as I got a used Outback and I got LOT of doubts to get clarified. I ended up with them, as my outback was loosing coolant with not visible sing of a leak. Dennis Parker help me in fixing the issue (which i am sure a challenging task) and answered all my question until I got all of them answered to my satisfaction. He checked few more thing on the car on my request and suggested to visit one more as I hear some noise (air sound while on highways) inside the cabin. I had a very good experience with Ramsey Subraru Service dept. and I highly recommend them to all Subaru owners in town. More

Great buying experience After hours of researching online I was interested in the Mazda CX-5. Having never driven one I requested a test drive on the Ramsey Mazda site. Rufad responded promptly and after a phone conversation we scheduled a time. During the drive Rufad was patient and helped explain some of the vehicle features. I noticed a slight noise when pressing the gas pedal and was wondering if it was normal. When we got back Rufad suggested that we drive the other CX-5 to compare. We did and same noise so that put my mind at ease. I appreciated Rufad’s willingness to do that as it took extra time. Once I decided to go ahead with the purchase Rufad was courteous, professional, and not at all pushy. He explained things well to me and went through the vehicle thoroughly before I drove away. I’d definitely recommend Rufad in the future and Ramsey Mazda as a dealer. More

Cruise control programming I called ahead to schedule an appointment. My daughter’s 2012 Mazda 3 did not come equipped with cruise control. I read that the OEM steering wheel I called ahead to schedule an appointment. My daughter’s 2012 Mazda 3 did not come equipped with cruise control. I read that the OEM steering wheel controls could be added and a Mazda dealer could activate the cruise control via the computer. Ramsey Mazda thankfully offered to try the programming for me and all was successful. My very pleased 17 year-old daughter thanks you! More

They didn't listen I told them exactly what needed to be fixed when I made the appointment. I dropped the car off at 7:30 am and they called me at 2:20 to say they final I told them exactly what needed to be fixed when I made the appointment. I dropped the car off at 7:30 am and they called me at 2:20 to say they finally diagnosed the problem and would need to order the part and wouldn't get it until the next day. I was furious! Clearly there was a lack of communication. At the end of it all, my car was fixed properly, but it shouldn't have taken 2 days. More
