I have never had such a pleasant and comfortable car buying experience, I went to test drive the car on monday and doug was so nice and went above and beyond with customer service. I met with JJ yesterday (tuesday) to go over my trade in and work out some of the credit stuff, he was also super respectful and helpful in answering all of my questions. Dennis helped with the financing and suggested U of I credit union, which was great because they were able to get me financed and stay in my budget with a super low interest rate. I will be suggesting ramsey subaru to everyone and will not be going anywhere else in the future. Thanks again guys, you were all great. The only thing that would make me even happier is if they swapped my suspension out for me on my last car, I know it’s a lot to ask but it would mean a lot to me. I have the factory suspension and would be happy to bring it in to have swapped. Please consider this. More
