Cruise control programming I called ahead to schedule an appointment. My daughter’s 2012 Mazda 3 did not come equipped with cruise control. I read that the OEM steering wheel I called ahead to schedule an appointment. My daughter’s 2012 Mazda 3 did not come equipped with cruise control. I read that the OEM steering wheel controls could be added and a Mazda dealer could activate the cruise control via the computer. Ramsey Mazda thankfully offered to try the programming for me and all was successful. My very pleased 17 year-old daughter thanks you! More

They didn't listen I told them exactly what needed to be fixed when I made the appointment. I dropped the car off at 7:30 am and they called me at 2:20 to say they final I told them exactly what needed to be fixed when I made the appointment. I dropped the car off at 7:30 am and they called me at 2:20 to say they finally diagnosed the problem and would need to order the part and wouldn't get it until the next day. I was furious! Clearly there was a lack of communication. At the end of it all, my car was fixed properly, but it shouldn't have taken 2 days. More
