Both Thomas and his manager, Sean Abbott, made me feel confident that a vist to the dealership would be productive. I knew what I was looking for and discussed options and availability with Sean and Thomas. I took a test drive and was quoted a very fair price. Thomas was very knowledgeable and spent a lot of time addressing my questions. I very much appreciated his good humor, expertise and courtesy. I took my Subaru Ascent to Ramsey Subaru service center on 3/7/26. My experience wasn't as good as it usually is, but occasionally it is normal for this to occur at any place of business.
