3 visits, 6 hours driving back and forth for something that should be fixed on first visit. Terrible communication from service advisors. Had squeak in front end. 1st visit they said it was rubber stopper that should be fixed on first visit. Terrible communication from service advisors. Had squeak in front end. 1st visit they said it was rubber stoppers for the hood and they adjusted and said it was fixed. Heard same noise on drive home so not sure who is testing. Called back as soon as I got home. Was told service advisors would call me back. Never heard back. Had to make another appointment myself because no one followed up from dealership. Drop off second time. 930 am appointment. No call from dealership by 2 pm. Had to call them back to check then all of a sudden they know the problem right away and tell me it is strut and mount but they don't have parts. Not sure why you cant get parts from another dealership. Would be 3 days before they come in. No loaners available so I have to drive back and get my car again. Advisor says someone will get car for me. Waiting for 10 minutes out in sun. Still no car. Has to get someone else to get car. Kid pulls car around. He parks it perpendicular to the parking spots in front. Get in my car and someone that was parked in a lined spot in front almost backed into my car due to the position the guy parked it in. 3rd visit the car got fixed. This is my first service experience with my new car and this dealership. Will probably be the last. More

Excellent service I bought my car in for my first oil change and had other concerns which they were more than happy to help me with. I was having a problem using my pho I bought my car in for my first oil change and had other concerns which they were more than happy to help me with. I was having a problem using my phone and Jim fixed the problem! Tom and Jim were extremely friendly. They took their time with me, I didn't feel rushed. I was a little disappointed I didn't get a car wash. Not sure if that is part of the service. More
