So very Awesome! After having been disappointed at another Subaru dealership. I decided to try Ramsey Subaru. I was in touch with Ramsey via the internet. The dealership was very prompt and courteous in answering my questions and scheduling an appointment for a test drive Upon arrival ( I was told I would be met by Dino.) Upon arrival Dino met with me with an extremely friendly attitude and explained the process of the test drive during Covid 19 restrictions. I asked so many questions before I would even take the test drive. He answered all thoroughly without me feeling rushed. After the test drive I had a million more questions. He was extremely helpful. There was never any pressure. I told him I would be in touch within a day or two and he still wore a smile. I made my decision to purchase and he gave me all of the information I needed to make the delivery as smooth as possible. Upon picking up my car he was still answering my questions and although he was with other customers he made sure to see me, wish me well and thank me before I left. Needless to say Ramsey Subaru (Dino) cinched my decision to buy a Forrester! More
