They will ask you if you want a complementary car wash. My total time was an hour, including the car wash, which is very good. I was greeted by David Melendez who took my information and kept me informed about my vehicle. I waited in the waiting room which is comfortable, there were 5 people in the room, we were all spaced out and had our masks on. The place is very clean and it operates very nicely. I will be back. It's great that you don't need an appointment for an oil change. Staff is knowledgeable, professional and helpful. Mechanic's did not install brakes properly. Brake pads were installed incorrectly. Had to go to a local mechanic to have the problem solved.
