Having your top technician work on my car. Well, Junior found the problem and my car is running so smoothly now. My only complaint is your plastic sticker that shows when you need to return for your next oil change. These are just HORRIBLE!!! I had to get out of my car, put a piece of paper over the windshied where the sticker was and finally I could make out the date for my next oil change. And this was tricky because when the sticker was printed up it was not centered so there was an overlap of the date and milage.letters and numbers. Superior service, with a smile! My Subaru service rep (Esma Batca) is just the BEST there is. She listens to my concerns, conveys them accurately, and the problem gets fixed! I understand that she works for Subaru, but I still have the feeling that she is taking care of me and MY needs first and foremost, and I truly appreciate that attitude. Plus, she’s just so darned cheerful! It certainly helps, too, that the waiting area is clean, well lit, has a kids’ playroom, and snacks! That made one recent trip for service a snap, even with the grandkids along. Overall, this service center is one very large reason why I will stick with the Subaru brand. Well done! More
