My car wasn’t ready to leave the lot. The radio didn’t work. I brought it to Mahwah, then came back to have the new radio installed, then came back AGAIN to have the gear shift knob replaced (that was scr work. I brought it to Mahwah, then came back to have the new radio installed, then came back AGAIN to have the gear shift knob replaced (that was scratched during radio install) and then had to come back AGAIN when my car wouldn’t go into Park because of the newly installed (and broken) knob. I’ve had my brand new car for 5 weeks and have had it in the shop 4 times. Not happy. More
