After discussing the vehicle I was looking for, and arriving on what I considered to be a fair price, the rest was fairly easy. We arranged for me to get a bank check and return on Tuesday to pick up my new vehicle. The credit manager was very professional and the young man who explained all the "nitty-gritty" about my car was wonderful at trying to explain all the details to me. He made sure to tell me that I could return to the dealership any time if I had questions. My experience was truly stress free and I am now driving my new Outback. More

He was AWESOME!!! omg!!! I wanted to buy the car again! Highly recommended. He was so knowledgable, had a great personality, answered all of my questions, was so easy to talk to, and was such an incredible help! I actually have already recommended Ramsey Subaru to some of my friends! I was so grateful for all of the help and services that they provided. I have purchased a vehicle before, and never, EVER did I experience such excellent customer service at a dealership. The environment and atmosphere is always so peaceful. As soon as I first walked in, I felt safe. I was stalked and hounded like I have experienced at other dealerships, and not once did I EVER feel pressured to purchase the vehicle. Kathleen was very kind and warm and sweet. She made the whole entire process easy, hassle free and I have already recommended her to others. Both Kathleen and Chris were just great! Joseph Farsetta was great too... my friend and I had the pleasure of speaking with him on both of our visits. He was also very kind and friendly and helped to make our visit a both memorable and very pleasant time. PLUS!!! I LOVE MY NEW CAR!!!! It drives beautifully, is sooo smooth and has incredible features. I still can't believe how many features comes with this car... but most of all... on a more serious note... I feel incredibly safe. Knowing about all of the emergency safety features like the roadside assistance, and the overhead police & Fire call button and the security features that I have the option of purchasing (which I will be) and just so much more... knowing I have them... really gave me such a peace of mind. I was in a car accident about a month ago, and I was so nervous about driving again and was struggling with a decision of what car I should get that would be comfortable for me with my back injuries and easy to get in and drive in and so on, and a coworker of mine said... go to Subaru on Ramsey... get a Subaru. She had just purchased her daughter a vehicle and they were all very happy with not only the car, but the customer service as well. When I asked, who should I speak with, she replied, oh just talk to anyone, they are all very nice over there and they dont hound you like the other dealerships, they allow you to walk around in peace and everything she said was true. I am very happy and very grateful.. I will always remember this experience. it's important to feel safe behind the wheel, especially after an accident, and that, I most certainly feel. Thank you for making such a beautiful, wonderful and safe car and for hiring such wonderful employees... I am not a wealthy woman, but I always pray to God to Bless those who are kind to me and I pray that God rewards all of them for there good kind spirit and heart. You just dont find this type of service anywhere... kind people seem to be real treasures these days... I am grateful for all of them. God Bless.
