Intake person, James, very personable and accommodating. Only one nit reduced a rating of 5 stars to 4 stars. One car problem fix was overlooked the first time. I took quite a while (weeks) to make my decision and Brad followed up periodically without being annoying. When I picked up the car he helped me feel comfortable with all of the features and called a few days later to see if I needed anything. Very personable, easy going guy. I only wish that the fantastic warrantee options had been presented prior to picking up the car. I would have liked more time to think about them. It didn't stop me from getting the extended warrantee though. The nominal cost is more than worth the peace of mind. More

Disappointed My advisor was awesome. That being said, my appointment was for 7:30 a.m. I arrived at 7:25 and the technician would literally not open the door un My advisor was awesome. That being said, my appointment was for 7:30 a.m. I arrived at 7:25 and the technician would literally not open the door until 7:30 on the dot. I even pulled away from the garage, parked the car, and walked inside and I was told I had to get back in my car and pull back up to the garage and wait until 7:30. that was after I reached out my hand with my key and said but my car is right here. Also, over $2000 in recommendations we're made for various service items that I feel we're not at all necessary. For the first time I don't trust Mahwah Subaru service and feel that they were trying to take advantage of me. That is disappointing. I still don't know what I paid almost $300 for. Oh, and then when selecting my loaner the technician asked if I could "handle" an outback (I have a Forester and used to drive a Ford Explorer). I found that quite insulting and sexist. My past few visits to service have been disappointing. I do not know if there's been a change in management but aside from the advisors the the customer service is not the same. Next time I'll be going to Liberty for sure. More
