Ramsey Subaru

12/29/2022- As a new Subaru car owner. which was purchased from Ramsey, NJ Subaru, it was now time to take the car into service for its 1st service visit . Its the 6 month service - oil which was purchased from Ramsey, NJ Subaru, it was now time to take the car into service for its 1st service visit . Its the 6 month service - oil change, tire checks, rotation. Subaru Service Dept is located at 27 McKee Drive Mahwah and it is a bit up the road from the Ramsey Subaru Sales building. I pulled into one of the bays, and before I had a chance to get out of the car, I was immediately greeted by a very pleasant employee. He asked some questions, told me what was going to be done with the car and had me go inside the Service area to sign in with the Service Rep -John Kane. John is very professional and thoughtful. He explained what services my car would get and about how long my visit was going to be. He explained what was available in the very impressive waiting area and that he would come and get me when my car was finished. The Service Dept was very busy but seemed to run very smoothly and the large, very comfortable waiting area was full of customers waiting. All calm customers too. After awhile, John came back to me to make sure everything was okay, if I needed anything and that my car was almost ready. When the car was ready, John came back for me and the car was now parked in the bay in the" leaving lane" ( not parked outside somewhere ) . I then pulled up to the bay door, which they opened and out I went. Wow, wow, wow – Very impressive. Seeing is believing. Thats white glove treatment ! Ratings ????? = I say EXCELLENT in all categories !!!!!!!! More

The best experience everyone was so easy to work with, answered and addressed all questions. No over selling and he went over all add ons just so I would know. I would like to share what a wonderful experience it was buying a car from this dealer. Josh and Alex were the best. Not only did they help find the perfect car for me. Not sure how many times I called asking for help with some of the safety features in this car. The one that sticks out the most was getting gas. That should be easy and I’m sure they explained how. How ever twice I went to get gas and could not get the gas release to open. Both times I called the dealer and they walked me through how to do it. I never had a car that didn’t have a release button. The patiently told me what to do. Also going through the car wash for the first time they again helped me with what I needed to turn off. This dealers concern does not stop after you buy the car. They have been very helpful with all my concerns So if you are looking for a new or used car I would highly recommend Ramsey Subaru.
