Good Service I came in for a brake replacement, oil change and tire rotation. The technicians said I didn't need brakes yet and didn't need a tire rotation either. I left the service center with an oil change and wipers and they even applied my $10.00 coupon. Esma is the best person to deal with at the desk. Friendly Service But Very Long Wait I brought my 2019 Subaru Crosstrek in due to a recall notice on Saturday 10/26. I called for this service appointment the day before on Friday so I th I brought my 2019 Subaru Crosstrek in due to a recall notice on Saturday 10/26. I called for this service appointment the day before on Friday so I thought it was great that they had Saturday appointments and availability so last minute. Upon dropping off my car I was told that it would take an hour to diagnose and repair my car if need be. I waited an hour and a half before I went and asked about the status of my car. The person at the desk whose name I cannot recall, was VERY nice and helpful - so please know this is not a complaint about him - and was told that the repair was taking longer because my car had old software (odd because my car is only about 6 months old - but OK I'm no expert on cars so I'll believe what they told me). Anyway he said it would be about another 15 minutes + plus time to wash my car. Well by the time I got out of there I had been there very close to 3 hours total. I think it would have been nice to be alerted once they realized it was going to take more than an hour to take care of my car so that I could have asked my husband to pick me up or take an Uber home instead of wasting my Saturday at the car dealership. I work full time so my only days to do anything are Saturday and Sunday. Aside from that, the waiting room is nice and clean and has water and snacks which makes it at least comfortable. I will go back to Ramsey Subaru during the course of my lease, but maybe if someone reads this review, they take the suggestion to alert customers if repairs are going to take longer than expected. More
