8/10/2022- As a new Subaru car owner which was purchased from Ramsey Subaru, we realized that we now needed a couple of additional accessories that was specific to our car model and that it was best to orde from Ramsey Subaru, we realized that we now needed a couple of additional accessories that was specific to our car model and that it was best to order and purchase them directly from the dealer. This very recent mid-day trip was also a perfect time to see where we would need to take the car for its regular service visits (since the Service/Parts Dept is located offsite, but very close to the Sales Dept). Wow – Very impressive. The Ramsey Subaru Service / Parts Dept is massive with plenty of parking for the customers. Inside there is a tremendous, VERY CLEAN, comfortable looking waiting area with TV’s, Wi-Fi, Snacks, Drinks and plenty of seats including Leather chairs. You can bring your kids, since they also have a children’s playroom. The Parts Dept looks so organized and very clean also. Thank you to the 4 employees - Alex, Joshua, and 2 others (we didn’t get their names) in the Parts Dept for the caring attention we received from you - from the moment we ordered the accessories until the day we picked them up.
