Not the best While the person handling my account was very professional and courteous, I was called to come get the car before everything was done. Specifically, I While the person handling my account was very professional and courteous, I was called to come get the car before everything was done. Specifically, I was told that, generally, the car gets washed before it is released back to the customer. I was told that had not been done and that it would be 25 minutes before the task was completed. Needless to say, I left without the car wash. If this is part of the service you provide, then why are you calling customers to get the cars and then make them wait for more servicing. This is not very good optics and not a good consumer experience. More
