It's May, my car was experiencing issues I wasn't trying to schedule prevenative maintenance. Frustrated, I called Ramsay... Which is a head ache until you can talk to a person; reception was less than helpful. Clayton is sales really turn my experience around by answering the phone and researching my warranty then transfering me to the service department, but not before providing me with his extension incase I needed to call back. John in service was an angle. He was able to fix and wash my car in 35 minutes and got me and my small child on our way to enjoy the rest of the day. John and the service team were all plesant and kind and truly made me feel as if my car, my saftey and my time are important and valuable. I will absolutely be back and I will be sharing my wonderful experience. Thank you John. More

Subaru open their doors promptly at 8:00 a.m. and were very organized, helpful and polite. The waiting area was spacious, clean, and comfortable. I was impressed that they had a glass enclosed room with toys to occupy the youngest of customers! They were very thorough and provided complete details of recommendations. When my service was completed, not only did I receive a free car wash, they also cleaned my front driver and passenger rubber floor mats!! They were very muddy due to the abundance of spring rain and outdoor activities. I was very impressed by the service and shared my experience with my neighbors, who also have Subaru cars. They did not disappoint and I'm looking forward to using their services in the future! More

You get a 23 point inspection and offer a free car wash with every service. A Tech reviews the inspection results with you in detail. IF something is worn they tell you the new condition as comparison which gives you the ability to make educated decisions about when to have additional work performed. More
