Excellent service but a few coordination details flopped Since I work locally, I called to schedule my service appointment to ensure I was going to be scheduled only when there was a shuttle available to get Since I work locally, I called to schedule my service appointment to ensure I was going to be scheduled only when there was a shuttle available to get me to work and later to bring me back to pick up my car. Once I arrived and met with the service rep, I was very politely advised that they could shuttle me to work, but no drivers were scheduled for later in the day so there was no chance one would be available to bring me back later to pick up my repaired car. It wasn't a matter that someone had called in sick or had an emergency - I was advised no shuttle driver had been SCHEDULED to work that afternoon. I went ahead with the service, even though I knew I was probably either paying Uber or a taxi to get me back when the car was ready. Really not a great way to start a day. Very early in the afternoon I received a call that my car was ready and if I was available within the next 10-15 minutes, they could pick me up as their last run. I was at a business luncheon far out of the area (traveling as a passenger in someone else's car, obviously) so could not even arrange to make this last-minute option work. More

Helping us find the right vehicles and trims for our needs along with being patient through multiple test drives. He was so quick at every step we never felt like we were waiting. We got rates we were comfortable with and Dino helped ensure everything was ready when we came in to sign and get back out the door. Corey made the signing process painless and efficient. Finally, Chris gave us a great demo of the cars highlighting differences between the 2 and ensuring we could take full advantage of the features. All in all a great experience. More
