I was l When I buy a car, I do my research. I went on a Saturday, and intended to visit three dealerships and test drive three cars of the same class. I was looking for a small, AWD commuter car. I had settled on the Subaru Crosstrek, the Mazda CX-3 and the Honda HR-V. At each dealership I told the salesperson, "I am buying a car today. All I need to know is the model that has the items I want in my car. I am going to drive each car, then sit down with my husband and review all the data, including price. So give me your best price - I am not doing the back and forth." This is what I did - and at the end of the day, I had further narrowed it down to Subaru and Honda. However, despite what I had told the salesperson, Honda tried for the hard sell - and would not let us leave without talking to the manager. This choice really came down to which salesperson I liked better. Stan at Subaru listened to what we wanted, how we wanted to do the process, and did not bully us into listening to more then we wanted to. He told us the facts, got us a number - and with that he sold us a car. When we went back at the end of the day to purchase the car (Subaru was our first stop) - he worked hard to get us the car that day. Stan is the man - and I love my new Subaru!! More

Great service department I went in to receive my first complimentary oil change. The staff was friendly and I was in and out in a timely manner. Quick and easy I pulled in with a donut on and a huge piece of metal in my tire. They changed my tire, did a thorough examination of my car, and even washed it. Usually love this place Have recommended Ramsey Subaru to everyone I know who has one. Usually my experiences have been great. Last visit was not great. I got to the service Have recommended Ramsey Subaru to everyone I know who has one. Usually my experiences have been great. Last visit was not great. I got to the service center and paid for all services. I was told my car would be right out. I standed by the door for 10 minutes. The girl in front said that was car was blocked and would be right out. I waited an additional 15-20 minutes. The same girl (who was the only saving grace) saw I was still there and asked a gentleman who worked there, where my car was. He said he parked it in front of the building. Car was just sitting out front running. I paid $500+ for the services and deserved for someone to AT LEAST tell me exactly where my car was. Need better attention to customers waiting for a car, especially if they paid already. Felt forgotten about and invisible. More

Car shopping I had to go car shopping because my 8 year old, 235K miles Outback told me it had had enough! I went online and did most of my shopping - and then I I had to go car shopping because my 8 year old, 235K miles Outback told me it had had enough! I went online and did most of my shopping - and then I got a call from Dino. Dino was the reason I walked in - he gave me the confidence that someone was actually going to take time with me. When I got there Dino assured me he was going to help me with what I needed in a car. He walked through and asked me questions - I was stressed because my car had died on me - so he really took the time to make sure I was getting what I needed and not trying to sell me a car I didn't want. Dino took care of things like a professional - I was happy from the moment we started the process - he basically walked me through and made sure I was comfortable with everything! I now have an amazing Crosstrek that I am super happy driving! Shane in Finance was very helpful with the not fun part - he worked with me and took care of the process and made it as easy as possible. Chris Fuchs was very detailed with educating me on the Crosstrek and the many new (to me) features it had - he also assured me that I could stop in and ask questions (or call him) at any time. The entire team was great and made a very stressful few days for me become a very pleasant experience! More
