Courteous, quick and efficient. I was able to get an appointment within a week. When I arrived, my appointment was not on record, so that was disappointing. The service only took about 40 minutes, probably because it was just for a recall replacement of the brake light switch, but they also did a 15 point inspection in that time. squeaky noise from the engine. I bought a new Ascent from Ramsey Subaru and I started to notice squeaky noise from the engine and vehicle gets jerks same time dropping the rpm's. This problem is very sporadic it could happen many times a day and it won't next two days. I did shared a video of took with the service rep but they just say they cant replicate. I do lot of high way driving and worried it could break some day. I really hope someone can escalate it and get my problem resovled. Will be reaching out to Subaru corporate if this issue continues to happen. More

Everyone at this dealership is very friendly and helpful. From my first meeting with Mat Dissinger, my salesman, I knew this would be an easy process. Having purchased a 2016 Crosstrek from Ramsey Subaru a few years back, I knew from past experience that I wanted to return back to trade in the 2016 and purchase the 2019 vehicle. Mat was very helpful in going over the details of the car and the trade in process. The vehicle I wanted was not in stock and had to be ordered. Mat was extremely helpful in keeping me up to date via email on the status of the car order. The car actually came in to the dealer earlier than anticipated - which was a very nice surprise! A HUGE thank you to Mat for everything! Corey, in the finance dept. was also very helpful and explained the details of the financing very clearly on the day I picked up the car and signed the paperwork, I have purchased other makes of cars from other dealerships in the past, but after owning my first Subaru, I will never buy anything but a Subaru again!...and always return to Ramsey Subaru!
