Finish work not so good On Friday, April 12, 2019, I had a 9:00 am oil change, tire rotation, and a 30 minute recall upgrade. After 3 hours of waiting my car was returned to On Friday, April 12, 2019, I had a 9:00 am oil change, tire rotation, and a 30 minute recall upgrade. After 3 hours of waiting my car was returned to me and I left to go up to Boston. A clip to the entertainment console was left in the cup holder which drew my eyes to the the console where I noticed a piece of the trim was left out. As we driving the navigation system and clock froze midway. I stopped and turned off the car where it reset itself, but the navigation system wanted to divert me from where I was going. I’ve never had this problem prior to the service and I am very disappointed as I was relying on navigation system to get me to Boston. Also, the heated seats are not working the way they had been. I’ve turned them on several times and they don’t seem to heat up all the way and there is a burning smell. I emailed Ramsey Subaru and was told to contact the service department, unfortunately I don’t have the time to sit on the phone and wait to speak to someone that’s why I emailed them. More
