The most amazing experience I had the most wonderful experience at Ramsey Subaru- a HUGE thank you to Charlie Wilson, who helped us each and every way, I had so many roadblocks I had the most wonderful experience at Ramsey Subaru- a HUGE thank you to Charlie Wilson, who helped us each and every way, I had so many roadblocks in my way (I had just gotten married and changed my name, I had moved to Maryland, etc), and Charlie made the whole process smooth. He was patient and knowledgeable, and worked to make sure I walked out of Ramsey Subaru with my new car. Never once did I feel uninformed or have any doubts during this process. So when I brought my car back to fix that problem, the repair tech mentioned that my tires were getting to the point that they should be replaced, so I'm just curious as to why just the week before they suggested I rotate the tires if they needed to be replaced. More
