I always fear I will be taken advantage of as a woman. This was not the case. Staff are so friendly and welcoming, they made me want to return to Subaru for this latest lease. The finance department did not give me a hard sell at all -- they simply described what extra features were available and accepted the decisions I made, even if they didn't result in more revenue for them. The service department is the best I've ever experienced. Professional and friendly, the provide clear explanations of the work to be done. Loaner vehicles were available when I needed them. The waiting room is large, clean, and pleasant, and they offer beverages and snacks! Who woudl have thought. For all the reasons above, I am a Ramsey Subaru loyalist. More

I went into a website and within less than a day Ramsey contacted me about what they had in their inventory whic I knew the model and make of the car. Horrible Customer Service I bought an Outback 3.6 Touring last May. This has given me enough time to experience just how bad the Ramsey Subaru service department actually is. I bought an Outback 3.6 Touring last May. This has given me enough time to experience just how bad the Ramsey Subaru service department actually is. Within the first few weeks the car had a faulty tire pressure sensor, then an issue with the battery, followed by a piece of trim under the steering wheel that would not stay in place. I actually like the car, despite these annoying issues. However, having to deal with the people at Ramsey Subaru service makes me wish I had bought a different car, or at least somewhere else other than this dealer. The latest issue I have had is due to a radio/nav/backup camera system that has failed. This requires a replacement of the infotainment unit. I was originally told they’d have the part within 4-5 days, which seemed excessively long. Today I learned that the 4-5 day wait is more likely 2-3 weeks. I’m not sure what is more frustrating: the mismanagement of expectations or the fact it could take 3 weeks+ to get a new infotainment system when it takes less than a day to assemble the car. Clearly Subaru and in particular Subaru Ramsey does not care how much they inconvenience their customers. They might seem friendly on the showroom floor but I would stay away. More
