Howard changed my car for the better and my dealer opinion. I drove into this dealership unannounced with no service appointment as it is the closest to my home. They welcomed me and were concerned about the problem I was having with my Legacy. In the end they assured me that my vehicle was safe to drive and re scheduled me for earlier in the following week. I returned and let them have at the problem. They had a loaner vehicle for me to use upon my return. Both times they cleaned my vehicle before returning it to me. Subaru stands behind the quality of their vehicle and they value their customers. I will return to this service center with my 3 other Subaru vehicles. This dealership has changed since my first and last visit. If you haven't used them in a while... its time to take a new look. Subaru has a slogan they use in their advertising "Love" I think they nailed it. More
