We never felt rushed or that we were not worth the time of anyone we dealt with at Ramsey Subaru. The sales people handling our purchase (Steve Rouhana and Joe Farsetta) took the time to make sure I got the car my wife and I needed at a price we thought was fair. They helped us to rush the purchase when a dealer incentive was due to expire, saving us hundreds. The receptionist was very helpful (sorry, don't know her name), they had a guy spend over half an hour going over all of the features of the car with me when I picked it up, even the finance guy was friendly (once business was out of the way). I just picked the car up last night so I haven't dealt with the service department yet, but given my experience so far I'm pretty confident that will meet my expectations as well. I've dealt with other car dealers on Rte. 17 in the Ramsey/Paramus area in the past for previous car purchases, any my past experiences (3 past car purchases) were very negative - refusals to allow test drives, refusals to name the price at which they would sell the car, etc. It was with reluctance that I went to Ramsey Subaru and, frankly, I only went intending to use their deal to negotiate with another dealer. I'm surprised that we ended up buying from Ramsey Subaru, but they won us over with their friendliness, helpfulness and openness. More

Rich was able to steer me in the right direction after giving him a brief overview of my daily driving routines. When it came down to the numbers, Michael helped me decide what lease to go with. He said "best car salesman I ever talked to, I bought two cars from him". Kurt asked us what we were looking for. No playing around with numbers back and forth. He listened and then gave us the lowest price he could and gave us a generous offer on our trade-in as well. A very friendly, personable guy. We left there feeling really good about our deal. I don't think we ever said that about any car we purchased in the passed. Chris Fuchs gave us a very thorough rundown about every button and gadget on the car. Great group of people to deal with.
