I went from stressed to Blessed!!! 4 lights came on including the check engine light indicating I needed service. It was late in the day when I dropped it off and we were tired and hung 4 lights came on including the check engine light indicating I needed service. It was late in the day when I dropped it off and we were tired and hungry. They said it would be looked at the next day. I had my 3 year old with me. Luckily my mom was available to help me. However it turned out her car didn't have proper seat-belts for my sons car-seat so we were going to wait for my husband to get out of work to come get us. (You can imagine how stressful this was). I couldn't get a rental car under my service plan until they had a diagnosis of problem. We were in the children's play room when Howard came to us and said he was going to see if they can look at my car now and help me get the rental. It turned out the gas cap was not on tight and set off all the lights. So we were able to drive our car home and they even washed my car for me! I am so grateful for the kindness and the above and beyond service Howard gave us!!! THANK YOU!!!!! More

[e.g., notably Jose Pujol]. Both invidiauls, and the associates, understand that they are not in the automobile business, but in people business, and that every customer is a member of that conglomerate “people.” RS is not the closest Subaru dealer to my home; but I gladly drive the distance as worth the effort in exchange for quality service + attention. I searched for a long time and did a fair bit of research on the car I wanted to purchase. I spent an equally long time trying to find a dealer who I would feel comfortable working with. Thankfully I landed with Ramsey Subaru. There are literally 8-10 Subaru dealers MUCH closer to where I live and where I work. Trust me it's worth the trek if you're not in the neighborhood. I originally dealt with Clayton online. We exchanged messages back and forth, never did I feel pressured to make any decisions or give unnecessary information. I received very straight up answers and honestly solid advice. He then guided me to Alex Petrushin. Alex was patient with my numerous and I'm sure at some point, annoying questions. He responded to me each and every time in a quick and timely manner, even if he had left the office. A price was agreed on and stuck to through the process. The conversation with Michael in finance was just that, a conversation and not so much a verbal sales assault like I'm used to at other places. Once I officially made my purchase, Chris walked me through literally every item I would be using on the vehicle. He never rushed, never seemed annoyed if I had a question or two and made sure I understood everything before I rode off into the sunset. Overall my experience was great and I'll happily recommend anyone to go through the same process. More

I had the pleasure of working with the nicest man, Howie Cohen. He was so accommodating and was even able to put me into a loaner car. My husband, who is not easily impressed, was extremely surprised by Howie's easy demeanor and how anxious he was to rectify my problem. When I arrived to pick up my car, after purchasing new tires, my car was washed, inside and out, and looked like a brand new car. Howie thoroughly enjoys his job and is a people person.
