I had the pleasure of working with the nicest man, Howie Cohen. He was so accommodating and was even able to put me into a loaner car. My husband, who is not easily impressed, was extremely surprised by Howie's easy demeanor and how anxious he was to rectify my problem. When I arrived to pick up my car, after purchasing new tires, my car was washed, inside and out, and looked like a brand new car. Howie thoroughly enjoys his job and is a people person. We did not expect our car for at least 10 days, and were pleasantly surprised when we were called three days after purchase, that the car was at the dealer. Our car was ready,with one minor issue that was immediately resolved. James was very clear in his explanation of all the instrument s and controls on the car, and answered all questions clearly. We also had a good experience with Cory, in finance. We especially liked his fish tank--it was very calming ! More
