Brought my car in for a recall. Dropped my car off in a hurry in the morning where ii was promised that i would be able to pick up the loner car and be on my way in no more than 15 minutes. After nearly a hurry in the morning where ii was promised that i would be able to pick up the loner car and be on my way in no more than 15 minutes. After nearly a half hour i complained and this 5ft husky dude (employee od Ramsey Subaru) got within inches of my face ant threatened me, like we were in a street fight. Got the loner car and drove off. After driving off i realize the car was filthy. The radio touch screen looked as though the person before me was eating and smeared the screen up. Checked the back seat and it was worse. There was food all over it like a baby was back there. Under the drives front seat there was half eaten food. It was really gross. Brought the car back an the workers could care less. The service manager Chris apologized but it was a lousy experience. Would i use them again? I don’t know the Subaru dealer on kinderkamack road in Westwood would probably be a wise choice. They are nice family people who treat people better. Just my opinion. Hope this helps. More
