A long but productive day. I went to do a test drive of a new Subaru Impreza and was greeted immediately by helpful people and introduced to a very fine young man, Kyle Palucci. I went to do a test drive of a new Subaru Impreza and was greeted immediately by helpful people and introduced to a very fine young man, Kyle Palucci. I never felt pressure from him to spend more money than I wanted to, nor did he try to sell me an upscale model. He was an excellent listener and very easy going. The day was long because I decided to buy from him. He found me exactly the car I had described. He made a very nice trade-in offer on my older car, helped get the change in insurance set up, and even drove me to the bank to get a cashier's check. This dealership was recommended to me by a friend, and I would recommend it to any of my friends as well. A young man named Chris did the orientation on all the buttons and gadgets and displays. He even set up my blue tooth and downloaded my contacts for me. I am a single woman with grey hair who was treated with great respect and never made to feel like I was being talked down to or taken advantage of. That was a good feeling too. More

I disliked going to car dealerships because of this but it was inevitable that I did. From the minute I met Mike my intuition told me he was different and so unlike the "typical car dealer". He really took a genuine interest in my husband and me and we feel that he came through on everything he promised us. He was patient and knowledgeable and very professional. This is the second Subaru we bought from Ramsey Subaru in two years. We did so because of Mike Pandolfelli. Our son will be graduating college within two years and he has already said he wants to see Mike about purchasing a Subaru when he graduates. Lol! We had the pleasure of meeting and dealing with Kyle Pallucci this second time around and he was terrific and Mike and Kyle make a great sales team. Subaru is lucky to have both of them working as their employees. We have already told friends and family about our experience with Ramsey Subaru and with Mike and Kyle.
