Love Subaru and Alex is the best. This is my 6th leased Subaru outback. First one I leased thru another dealership and this was a mistake. Then I found Alex at Ramsey Subaru and leas This is my 6th leased Subaru outback. First one I leased thru another dealership and this was a mistake. Then I found Alex at Ramsey Subaru and leased another 5 one after another. After the 4th one I wanted to switch to the other brand. I did shop around looking for the car of the similar type from another manufacturer. Didn’t like anything including luxury brands (to expensive for the value offered) and returned back to Alex and Subaru outback. Subaru outback 17 is an excellent car that even exceeded my expectations. I just love it. More

As soon as I entered the dealership, I caught myself on the sensation of a great expectation. The environment was very friendly. No one was pushy and yet, at no point I was left without attention. Kurt and Mike were incredible. Dealing with my demands wasn't an easy task. I was very specific about the car I was looking for. I wanted to get the particular model, package, color and even the percentage rate. They not only met all my demands, but they've done it in no time. Finally, coming for the paperwork and for the car pick-up, I was expecting to spend half of the day at the dealership. I was pleasantly surprised when it took less than an hour. Thank you guys! More

Walked in and drove off with new car. I was looking for a Subaru STI. I went to another Subaru Dealer and they did not have anything I liked. I was looking for a STI and I stopped by Rams I was looking for a Subaru STI. I went to another Subaru Dealer and they did not have anything I liked. I was looking for a STI and I stopped by Ramsey Subaru. I walked in and looked at what they have in the showroom. There was a RED STI with a big wing and thats what I was looking for. I approached the front desk and I was interested in the car. One of the sales people Kurt said he will help me. We talked and worked on the deal and I drove off in a 2017 STI. Kurt and Mike P were very professional and friendly. I really had a great experience with no stress or drama. I recommend this dealer if your getting a new Subaru. More

honorable dealer Went in looking for a 2017 Outback Touring, they were the closest dealer that had one in inventory. It was late and the car was in their storage facil Went in looking for a 2017 Outback Touring, they were the closest dealer that had one in inventory. It was late and the car was in their storage facility so I really didn't want to commit with out seeing the car, The deal was made price agreed for new car. Trade allowance agreed also. Next morning I called to give a deposit which they took, but not knowing the car was already sold. Thinking like the average consumer I figured they were going to try and squeeze me for more money. We went back and forth on the phone salesperson could not locate the car I wanted. So they offered to order the car and with the same deal and same trade allowance. But I had to wait 10 weeks. They held their end of the deal no issues, picked up the car I'm happy. I would strongly recommend Ramsey Subaru to anyone looking to buy or lease. More

Great Experience! Buying a car could be a challenging experience, but we found that this wasn't the case at Ramsey Subaru. We were searching for a very specific car an Buying a car could be a challenging experience, but we found that this wasn't the case at Ramsey Subaru. We were searching for a very specific car and when we found that Ramsey had what we were looking for, with ease we were able to set up an appointment to come in. to see it. When we first walked in we were greated by friendly receptionists who connected us with our Sales Rep, Kyle. Unfortunately the car we came in to see was just sold about an hour before! But based on the car that we came in to see, Kyle proposed many good options for us. He was very patient with our indecisiveness and helped to walk us through our best options, we felt so at ease and not pressured to settle for something we didn't want. My husband and I knew at this point that we didn't want to buy our car from anyone else. We opted to order our car, and Kyle walked us through the process step by step. Once our car arrived Kyle contacted us, set up an appointment, and started preparations for the sale of the car. He instructed us on how to proceed with insurance and advised us of all other documentation that would be needed. We came in and there were no surprises, everything went smoothly and just as Kyle explained to us! Within an hour we bought our car and drove home in it! Everyone we encountered were very professional, knowledgeable and courteous, we couldn't be happier with our car and looking forward to continue doing business together! More
