'Seamless and Positive Experience' I was referred to Ramsey Subaru by a co-worker. At Ramsey Subaru, my Sales Consultant was Steve Rouhana and I cannot say enough great things about working with him. He demonstrated passion for his job, was attentive & kind and really helped me to get the color/make/model (2017 Crosstrek Premium - Desert Khaki) car I wanted and at the price that I could afford. Also, I worked with two additional & impressive people: Michael (Financing) and James (Auto Functionality Tech). At Ramsey Subaru, it's obvious that they are believers in this kind of specialization. One group of people (sales) demonstrates the car. Another group (sales managers) works out the sales price, trade-in values and calculate payments. A third group ties up the loose ends of a deal and does the final paperwork. It appears that they all work well together with their main mission 'to provide the best customer service expeirience'.
