He was honest and attentive to all of our questions and we drove off the lot that evening with our new Outback. There was none of that over the top pressure to buy/spend that I have experienced so many times in the past at other dealers. We were offered a very fair price for the car that beat all the other Subaru dealers I had already spoken with over many days. I never even had to tell Curt what the other prices were I had received from everyone else, Ramsey Subaru beat those from their very first offer. That is the complete opposite of my experience with Ramsey Subaru. The moment we walked into Ramsey Subaru's showroom, we were greeted by a young man named Joe. From the start Joe was energetic, and friendly. Joe asked us what were necessary features in the car, he even made us a comparison chart to help us pick out the exact model and trim level... WHO DOES THAT???? That's what stood out to us, Joe got us everything we wanted, and even upgraded us to a higher trim level, all while staying beneath our max budget. I have never met a salesman like Joe, throughout the entire process, Joe was by our side from start to finish, making us constantly laugh with his quick jokes, all while having a laid back, no pressure atmosphere. He made us feel like we have known him for years. This has been the most pleasurable purchase I have ever made. We will always encourage people to go Ramsey Subaru and seek him as their salesman. He was completely supportive as my OC I went to 3 Subaru dealers, and Ramsey gave me the best price (through True Car) and Joe was great to work with!
