I have had other car buying experiences in the past that were extremely sub-par. It has been 11 years since I purchased a new car and I know how intimidating new car shopping can be. I walked in the door and asked to see a salesman and immediately a very friendly gentleman offered to help. His name is Jose Pujol. Jose was extremely helpful and explained all about the Crosstrek to me on a level that I could understand. We took a test drive and I immediately was impressed and knew this was the car I wanted. Jose was extremely professional throughout the entire car purchase process. He returned my phone calls in a timely manner when I had questions and was not overbearing or pushy as some car salesmen can tend to be. When I picked up the car at Ramsey Subaru, it was there and ready to go. I think from the time I arrived to pick up the car, completed all the paperwork and finished up all the odds and ends, it only took a little over an hour. Very professional service. I am financing the car and all the paperwork that I needed to complete went very smoothly. A gentleman by the name of Ryan, went over the entire car and showed me everything from front to back in a very professional manner. So, all in all, I have been extremely happy with my car shopping experience at Ramsey Subaru and would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to others. Thumbs up to them and 5 stars for them!!!
