My first Subaru I was referred to by a family friend to check this place out. I've had numerous auto purchases before but nothing quite like this. Alex Petrushin was I was referred to by a family friend to check this place out. I've had numerous auto purchases before but nothing quite like this. Alex Petrushin was very helpful and aided me in getting a car that would be both practical and affordable. His willingness to help was second to none even though he is an extremely busy guy. The entire process was very painless and took hours less than expected. Some of the other staff, like Stan, were very pleasant to talk to and made the experience stress-free for me. Alex was able to find a car that I like, with the basic demands that I put in place. I do understand how the retail business goes so it can be quite trying for the customer as well as the staff. Not everyday will be a good day. Perhaps I lucked out because I found it to be the best car purchase in over 20 years. The only thing that prevents this review from receiving 5 stars is that the numbers initially agreed to was not the same as the final outcome. However this was not detrimental to my decision. The figures were kept in the ballpark of my initial request. So I'm satisfied enough. Thank you Alex P. and the team at Ramsey Subaru. See you next year when my wife is ready to buy her new car. He answered all of my questions and didn't give me the run around on anything. I had gone to a couple of other Subaru dealerships prior and felt overwhelmed (it was my first time buying a new car). I didn't have that feeling with Clayton at all. A year later our needs changed and we really needed more space. I went back to Ramsey to find out about an upgrade. Clayton was still there (and promoted - which is very deserved) so he connected me with Mike Pandolfelli to handle the sale. Mike was also great! I was torn between the Outback and Forester and he really listened to what I was looking for and what was important and help me make a decision based on that vs. what was the most expensive. This is the only Subaru dealership I will go to now. Two great experiences within a year. More

He was always available throughout the process and provided constant updates as he received them, always willing to answer any questions that I had and trying to make the whole process as smooth as possible, at the same time making sure that everything that I wanted on the vehicle was added accordingly. The ETA that he provided me with on my ordered vehicle was on point and he was very thorough with explaining everything regardless of how simple it was, he wanted to make sure that I had a clear understanding of everything and how it worked. The day of pickup was very quick, got into the dealer and he was there to help right away, he already had everything that he needed to give me and had my car parked outside ready to go. Smooth and painless I originally reached out to Clayton to order a new 2016 WRX. He put me in the hands of Mike who is a very friendly and honest guy to work with. He gave me updates whenever something new came up and answered all my questions effectively. Mike even added on some audio upgrades after the order was made for a week when I read a lot of issues with the stock speakers on this WRX. Pick up day was exciting and painless. Signed some papers, and sat in the office of the finance guy (Cory). Small note here, everyone is extremely professional, however it's a business, and they're out to make money. Be careful of what you sign here. Any additional warranties are optional, however, the way they present it may lead you to believe the opposite. Overall the customer service was top notch, and I would recommend people to buy their Subaru here. More
