None of the typical "Dealership Games" I'm an experienced buyer and do my homework prior to contacting a dealer. I emailed an offer for a new Subaru Legacy and stated I don't want to play I'm an experienced buyer and do my homework prior to contacting a dealer. I emailed an offer for a new Subaru Legacy and stated I don't want to play the "dealership games", i.e. dealer added options, undercoating, striping, window etching, etc. I received a call accepting my offer and went in the same evening. While there, I was waiting for the "other shoe to drop" and for the games to begin, but to my surprise, they had me sign the papers and had someone walk us through the technology in the car. That was it! I drove away. Exactly what I wanted. Special kudos to Alex Petrushin. Very pleasant and helpful. More
