Our sales consultant, Joseph Farsetta, we felt, was genuine, courteous, well informed and treated us with the utmost respect. Joe went out of his way to meet our needs and answered all our questions. After arriving at an amicable monthly payment from Joe, we felt we were treated very fairly and agreed to the new lease. Also in the process we met Alex Petrushin who was instrumental in finalizing our deal, Ryan, our Delivery Coordinator who patiently explained all the electronic features on our new lease, and finally we closed the deal with Cory Fetkowitz. Great dealer great help I was in and out in an hour. I left a deposit for a new WRX and a couple of weeks later Michael emailed me with the vin. With all the promotions that Subaru was offering he was able to get me a new 2016 Forester for basically the same price as the used one. Dealing with Alex and Ramsey Subaru was very easy and they went out of their way to help me in the process. Within a week I was driving my new car home. The week it took to get the car was entirely my delay; I probably could have gotten it the day after I first test drove the car. I'm very pleased with my car and cannot say enough good things about Alex and Ramsey Subaru. I would recommend them highly to anyone that is looking for a great car at a great price!!! More
