While performing an Express Oil change (within 30 minutes), they identified a problem with my front axel. They provided me with a loaner car in case they needed to order parts but were able to resolve the issue within hours. The service was covered under my warranty. The facility is clean and the environment is pleasant if you need to wait for service to be performed. The service manager, Gordon, and all of the employees were incredible polite and efficient. They even washed my car! More
