Best new car shopping experience. I needed a reliable car and have been eyeing a Subaru for a long while. I not only searched for the available stock but also relied on customer service satisfaction which led me to Ramsey Suabru. I corresponded with Alex Petrushin via email and received a quick timely response. Was quoted the best price for exactly what I wanted: the Legacy. My previous car buying experience was through private sale of a second hand, so new car buying experience was a first. I was expecting a lengthy visit as you'd normally see at other dealerships, but not with Mr. Petrushin. Alex made me feel comfortable and he went straight to the point, no non-sense business. Picked up my new Suby a few days later. As I waited for the paperwork to be finalized, I received orientation on the car. It was the smoothest car buying transaction. Would definitely do business with Ramsey Subaru and Alex Petrushin again!! More

My experience at the Ramsey dealership was less positive, after a couple of visits there, I wound up buying my car at the Wayne Subaru. More

Good service Used the express service. Excellent facility with plenty of personnel, Superb waiting area with coffee, water, munchies, Wifi, entertainment etc... Used the express service.
