The entire process was excellent from the initial visit with Steve to Ryan who gave me a both informative and thorough tutorial along with some good tips on the vehicle. Excellent service center I always take my Subaru to the Ramsey Subaru service center for work. Yesterday I went for an oil change. The facility is pristine. Everyone is so I always take my Subaru to the Ramsey Subaru service center for work. Yesterday I went for an oil change. The facility is pristine. Everyone is so nice and accommodating. Not only did they do the oil change, but also a 27 point inspection, checking tires, brakes, topping off fluids, etc. I always feel well taken care of. The waiting room is very comfortable, with water, coffee and snacks. Even though they said the wait would be 1 - 11/2 hours, my car was ready in under an hour. The service at Ramsey Subaru makes getting work done on your car a breeze. More

Great Service Department! I took my 2015 Subaru in for regular service at their new service center in Mahwah. I did not purchase my Subaru at this location and this was my firs I took my 2015 Subaru in for regular service at their new service center in Mahwah. I did not purchase my Subaru at this location and this was my first time servicing my car there. I have never had a more pleasant service experience. There was a spacious waiting area. Plenty of free food and drinks. Lots of entertainment for adults and for kids. The hour wait went by very quickly and I got a free car wash and vacuum! Highly recommended for service of your Subaru.
