Trust is a good feeeling I had been in the market for a Subaru for over one year. I visited many dealerships, running from swarming sales staff at times, then being discourag I had been in the market for a Subaru for over one year. I visited many dealerships, running from swarming sales staff at times, then being discouraged with the ridiculous claims of others, and never feeling comfortable enough to even contemplate a deal for a car that I truly wanted. A friend of my son's recommended Alex Petrushin and Ramsey Subaru, and even though it was further from home than at least 6 other dealers, I drove up. I spoke with Alex for a few minutes and I felt no pressure , no rush,, and no lies. Just valuable information about the product and an feeling of intangible trust. We ended up buying 2 Subarus that day, an Outback for me and a Crosstrek for my son. The pricing was in line with the best of other dealers and there was no need to haggle. Both cars were delivered on or before promised dates with no issue. Subaru makes a good car, but without trust in your sales agent and support staff, the comfort of the transaction is lessened. I am very comfortable that I made a great choice. I would be remiss to omit mentioning on delivery day the walkthrough of the cars functions was thorough and presented in a manner that further enforced my trust in Ramsey Subaru. More

He was easy to work with, accommodating (I had to come back two days later when the car arrived and Alex had me picked up at the train) and made the process, which can be difficult and excruciating, hassle free and easy. Smooth, easy, wonderful car buying experience! We went to test drive the Forester because we have a Subaru Impreza that is a few years old, so we are already Subaru fans. We went into the dealership, not having a salespersons name and hoped we wouldn't get a pushy salesperson. The salesperson we used to purchase our older Subaru at a different dealer no longer worked there, so we tried out Ramsey Subaru based on a friends recommendation. We went it, signed in to meet with someone and were very pleasantly surprised with a wonderful salesman, Kurt, who was not pushy at all. He answered all of our questions and we ended buying a wonderful new Subaru Forester with a ginormous sunroof that is amazing! Subaru's handle so well, and after test driving almost every type of car last time around, we just cut to the chase and went for the Subaru Forester. I thought I would want something larger, and the Forester isn't as large as my Odyssey, but it has a surprising amount of space in the back, and for long trips, we can just put a carrier on top for stuff that doesn't fit (or pack less!). Buying a car can be stressful, but with a nice, not pushy salesperson like Kurt, it was actually an enjoyable process!! Thanks Kurt @Ramsey Subaru!!! More
