"Treated like family for an Amazing buying experience" I have been an admirer of the Subaru line for many years. I had been interested in purchasing what I thought was my style of vehicle, an Outback or a I have been an admirer of the Subaru line for many years. I had been interested in purchasing what I thought was my style of vehicle, an Outback or a Forrester. While working one night, I had mentioned to a coworker that I was interested in a Subaru. She had leased an Impreza hatchback in the spring and couldn't stop praising the quality of the vehicle and that she had a great experience with Michael Pandolfelli at Ramsey Subaru. I called to set up an appointment to meet with him and take a look and test drive some vehicles. When I arrived, Michael was busy with a customer, so I waited and browsed through the showroom trying to decide what would be the best fit for me. It takes me forever to decide on anything, but Michael was extremely patient. After driving a Forrester and an Impreza, I was leaning towards a XV Crosstrek. So the following week I drove a XV Crosstrek. It was the best of both worlds! The height of a Forrester and the ride of an Impreza. I truly enjoyed it. Michael helped making the whole experience amazingly easy. He is very thorough, organized and knowledgeable. It was always a pleasure entering the Ramsey Subaru Dealership, everyone was warm and friendly, just like family! More

We were met by the same person who has handeled our vehicle numerous times before. He called us and let know what was fixed on the vehicle. The vehicle was ready on Saturday. However I was not able to pick up the vehicle till Monday. I called the service center to let them know. The vehicle was picked up and ran like a dream. Carol is a very happy person. First time Subaru experience I had looked at the Forester at another dealership and for some reason did not get a good feeling from that dealership. I was referred to Josh at Ram I had looked at the Forester at another dealership and for some reason did not get a good feeling from that dealership. I was referred to Josh at Ramsey Subaru. I knew what I wanted and was able to discuss this with him over the phone and make the deal. I came in later that day to take a last look to confirm and place my order and I worked with Alex. Alex was very helpful and knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions. He always returned my calls promptly as well as communicated via email which was great. The overall experience was wonderful. I did not feel pressured in any way. When I came to pick up my car all the features were explained for me and even my Bluetooth and contacts were set up for me!! Cory was great with all the paperwork with financing my car and explaining all the details - and made it not as painful as I thought it could be. I highly recommend Ramsey Subaru!!! More

Ramsey Subaru was recommended by a friend who bought his Outback and relative I just drove off yesterday with my 2016 Legacy Limited + NAV+ Eyesight. Ramsey Subaru was recommended by a friend who bought his Outback and relative purchased a Forester at this dealership who raved about the non-pressure sales team. And he wasn't kidding. I dealt with Chris Wallin who was straight forward no nonsense guy when provided me with a very competitive lease payment right off the bat. Did the deal over the phone and thru email. I closed with his colleague Kurt Schoenig, since Chris was out of town. A great individual. I arrived early for my delivery and even though Kurt was working other scheduled deliveries before me. He got me to the finance guy to review and sign all the papers while he finished up with his scheduled appointments and kept the process going for me until he was free and provided his full attention to finish the delivery. Excellent team work with sales and support staff. Kudos to Ramsey Subaru More
