First time Subaru experience I had looked at the Forester at another dealership and for some reason did not get a good feeling from that dealership. I was referred to Josh at Ram I had looked at the Forester at another dealership and for some reason did not get a good feeling from that dealership. I was referred to Josh at Ramsey Subaru. I knew what I wanted and was able to discuss this with him over the phone and make the deal. I came in later that day to take a last look to confirm and place my order and I worked with Alex. Alex was very helpful and knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions. He always returned my calls promptly as well as communicated via email which was great. The overall experience was wonderful. I did not feel pressured in any way. When I came to pick up my car all the features were explained for me and even my Bluetooth and contacts were set up for me!! Cory was great with all the paperwork with financing my car and explaining all the details - and made it not as painful as I thought it could be. I highly recommend Ramsey Subaru!!! More

Ramsey Subaru was recommended by a friend who bought his Outback and relative I just drove off yesterday with my 2016 Legacy Limited + NAV+ Eyesight. Ramsey Subaru was recommended by a friend who bought his Outback and relative purchased a Forester at this dealership who raved about the non-pressure sales team. And he wasn't kidding. I dealt with Chris Wallin who was straight forward no nonsense guy when provided me with a very competitive lease payment right off the bat. Did the deal over the phone and thru email. I closed with his colleague Kurt Schoenig, since Chris was out of town. A great individual. I arrived early for my delivery and even though Kurt was working other scheduled deliveries before me. He got me to the finance guy to review and sign all the papers while he finished up with his scheduled appointments and kept the process going for me until he was free and provided his full attention to finish the delivery. Excellent Service Department As a new car owner and as a former employee of a new car dealership I have been to many New Car service centers and Subaru of Ramsey Service Center is As a new car owner and as a former employee of a new car dealership I have been to many New Car service centers and Subaru of Ramsey Service Center is one the best I have seen and been to. They just opened the express service center and you are in and out in a short period of time. But if you have to spend any extra time at the service center, the waiting area is like being in someones home, they have a snack center, new automatic coffee machine,, areas to set up your laptop and catch up on things and two big screen TV's. Let's put it this way, if you don't have to wait long to get your car serviced, you may not want to leave the service waiting area, it is that comfortable and inviting. Jason Pannarot was my service advisor, excellent guy to work with, told me everything I needed to be aware of when it came to the service of my 2015 Subaru Imprezza. Highly recommend this place!!
