Went in for a recall and yearly maintenance and oil change. Services were done because it was paid for but all services that were complimentary, were NOT. My car was ready to be picked up at noon and I change. Services were done because it was paid for but all services that were complimentary, were NOT. My car was ready to be picked up at noon and I picked up my car around 3:30-4pm. They had plenty of time to wash my car as associate told me that it would be done when I dropped off my car in the am. Couldn’t have asked for better weather so weather was not the issue. They just didn’t complete the complimentary service. Keep in mind, I drive 30-40 minutes to this location. Long story short, if you pay for it, you get the service otherwise don’t count on anything else. More
