Set client's expectations I was told that the care would come 3 months or less after making a down payment. After many emails and calls, I receive the car almost 5 months afte I was told that the care would come 3 months or less after making a down payment. There were many excuses and no type of compensation when I picked up the car almost 2 months after it was suppose to be delivered. Before my car finally arrived, I requested to swap out the car and I would take something comparable that was on the lot. I was willing to pay the extra money, but Kurt was In addition, when I picked up the car, Kurt mention that I could have always asked for a refund but was not told this before I went to pick up the car.not accommodating because my car was in "transit". I think that this dealership should do a better job at being honest and setting the client's expectations. More

Attentive, Responsive and Their Word is Good We leased an Outback from them. We had been jerked around by another dealer. Outbacks are hard to get. Alex Petrushin, the inventory manager was very upset, he had given us his world that we would have a car. The sale of the one we reserved was an accident. He apologized, went to work and found us another car at a dealership in upstate NY. They sent a person up to get the car. He really went out of his way to make sure we got the same car (actually the one they found was more expensive, but we got it at the price we had agreed to for the first one). When we went to pick up the car the man who did the paper work was excellent. It all went well and we are very satisfied customers. More

Instead the guy starts blaming us for not telling him that we wanted to test drive and that we should have told him ahead of time. Good luck Ramsey, with this boastful attitude you will keep losing customers. We took out business to a nearby Subaru dealership and got to not only test drive but also ordered a factory order for a brand new Forester. The experience at All American Subaru was very delightful and hassle free. Good bye Ramsey you will never see us there again! More
