Alex was like Leonard Bernstein conducting the process (no, I'm not related to him;-). They were able to make this the most pleasant auto purchase experience I've ever had. I have purchased Audi's for 3x the $ (one of them not far from you all btw), and have not been so well managed as a potential to a definite customer ever. All of the people involved were pleasant, professional and effective, extending themselves at every opportunity. I am an employer in a small company, and I'd be proud of this crew if they were representing me. How they managed to convey personal attention in such a busy, dynamic environment (the showroom was rockin) is a tribute to the management team; well done everyone!! The sales guy did mumble through some important information. Thinking back, I'm not sure if his mumbling was part of his overall sales strategy, or if it's just the way he talks when he's nervous. Either way, I wound up missing some important information that he should have communicated better -- especially when asked direct questions to address what I was confused about. The final sale did have a few administrative hang-ups, but Clayton, the Sales Manager, really tried his best to come up with fair solutions to accommodate me. He showed good customer service skills to salvage the sale, and my good rating for the dealership. More

Nice Dealership Dishonest Salesmen I had a poor experience at Ramsey Subaru. Asher indicated we would be negotiating off of the full price (all fees included) and no hidden fees. Afte I had a poor experience at Ramsey Subaru. Asher indicated we would be negotiating off of the full price (all fees included) and no hidden fees. After negotiating and settling on a price I took a look at the paperwork again the next day and I noticed there was a documentation fee for $300 which the salesmen had said originally was the dmv's title and license fee. This turned out not to be the case. Upon me calling his attention to this he denied not mentioning the fee. This was even after my wife and I both heard him say all fees were included in the price we were negotiating, with the only addition being the title and registration fee. To top it off when negotiating the price I was told the advertised 1.49 APR rate was applicable for 5 or 6 year loans by the salesmen. After negotiating the price with Asher based on the monthly calculations using that rate, (and without the extra documentation fee) I was told by the Finance office days later that it only applied to 3 year loans. Luckily I did my homework and was able to renegotiate the rate and sales price (with their finance person) down a little since my bank had a better rate. Another dishonest action was that Asher told me I'd be getting a survey and that if I wasn't going to give him all 10s I should just ignore the survey as it'll just hurt his performance ratings. I'm amazed that he would be so unethical to tell me to omit anything not positive and to push me to give him all 10s. To add insult to injury the next day I notices the antennae wasn't installed on my car. After doing some research I was able to find it in the trunk and install it myself. There are ways to make a good sale without lying to your customers. The dishonesty or lack of education of Asher on their finances Is disturbing. I'm terribly disappointed at how this salesmen would sneak in fees and lie about the financing. I can only hope others at the dealership are more honest with their customers. More
Brought car in for service Brought my car in because the check engine light was on. The technician asked me what I think was the trouble as I knew what the codes were. They did not dismiss my thoughts and as it turns out, I was correct. There was a service bulletin on my issue. They gave me a loaner which I had for a week which they did not seem to mind. More
