OK service experience left my subaru impreza for an oil change/multi-point inspection; very friendly at drop off; received phone call to confirm car was ready for pick up; left my subaru impreza for an oil change/multi-point inspection; very friendly at drop off; received phone call to confirm car was ready for pick up; picked up car....reviewed the multi point inspection to find that it was recommended that the air filter & cabin air filter be changed within the next 30 days. Wish they had informed me of this recommendation. Definitely don't have the time to go back within 30 days to have these air filters changed. Advice to those using this service center: ask about the inspection so if necessary any additional work can be authorized to be done before you pick up vehicle. More
