Terrible experience My daughter went to test drive a preowned vehicle that was advertised on line. The dealer advertises no haggle pricing, which is true. However they throw several other fees on top of the price. She was ready to buy the car but the dealer would not wave one of the fees. The sales person told her that he had wasted his time with her since she wouldn't buy the car and their policy is not to wave the fee. A customer and a sales person can agree to disagree about a fee or a price, but it's completely unprofessional and rude for any salesperson to tell a customer they wasted his or her time because they didn't get the sale. More

Friendly, helpful, professional, outstanding!! Al in Service was great. He took time to listen to my concerns. Tried to resolve on the spot. When not successful he researched solution and eventuall Al in Service was great. He took time to listen to my concerns. Tried to resolve on the spot. When not successful he researched solution and eventually engaged Subaru Tech people. Problem was not only resolved but I was shown how it was effected and given additional instruction for operation of the equipment in question. Great service experience I just had my first service experience with my new Subaru Forrester. What a pleasant surprise! Excellent ant timely check in and check out, I was a I just had my first service experience with my new Subaru Forrester. What a pleasant surprise! Excellent ant timely check in and check out, I was able to wait for my car, and it was finished within the timeframe I expected. The car is running great post service, and I have a printed check off list of everything that was done/ checked. The service engineer that I spoke with ( to help me fix the time on my clock) was very patient and showed me how to reset this in the future, since I had trouble figuring it out. My last Subaru had 190,000 miles on it ( and still running when I sold it) , and if my first service experience is a prelude to the future, I may do it again. More

The cost of a repair Long story short, my ignition cylinder was broken. At first it was misdiagnosed and I paid for labor that only fixed the problem for an hour. When I went back the second time it was diagnosed correctly. At first I was upset that I paid for work that didn't solve the problem, but Al (the service employee who helped me) worked his magic to get discounts etc. and when all was said and done, I paid the same price (possibly even cheaper) as if it were fixed right the first time.
