Michael Pandolfelli for Excellent Service Ramsey Subaru was not my first choice of a dealership due to the commute (I live in near Peekskill, New York and it was a good hour one way). But aft Ramsey Subaru was not my first choice of a dealership due to the commute (I live in near Peekskill, New York and it was a good hour one way). But after having couple of bad experiences with other dealers nearby our place who are very rude and bad at customer service, both I and my wife have decided to try and see Ramsey Subaru. We haven’t checked any reviews and also no one has anyone suggested to go there. We end up taking an appointment. Upon our arrival at the dealership, we were greeted warmly by Michael Pandolfelli, who then patiently attended to our every need from start to finish with the purchase of our new Subaru Legacy. We received the best possible price on our new vehicle, Michael worked to get us the best possible deal, and the finance department was efficient and easy to work with. We appreciate Michael for the incredible car, and treatment at dealership. We left this dealership with wonderful experience, and with no intentions of shopping for future cars anywhere else. This is the first Subaru Legacy we've ever bought, and we have no regrets about it. It's a fantastic car, and that's even before you look at how much value it offers; the interior is roomy and the seats are very comfortable. That's something you don't see in some expensive cars! The navigation system is really good, and it's easy to use. In one word Legacy is Awesome. More

Clayton flat out beat all the dealers I arrived at Ramsey Subaru around 6pm on sept 12 2014 after visiting 5 Subaru dealerships. Clayton within 5 minutes had already given me the best pri I arrived at Ramsey Subaru around 6pm on sept 12 2014 after visiting 5 Subaru dealerships. Clayton within 5 minutes had already given me the best price for a 2015 sti and I was filling out paperwork and out the door in 20 minutes. He didn't sugar coat anything and warned the wait is not gonna be easy considering I had just ordered a vehicle that usually takes 90 days or more to get. He answered my emails and called me back when I did call which wasn't often because I didn't want to annoy him every week on a update. I received the vehicle December 16 and pretty much everything he said that was going to happen was what happened . I just had to wait . He's a busy dude but he will answer back your calls and emails when he gets the chance even if it's the next day. THANK YOU CLAYTON! More
