Michael made an appointment an hour before closing to accommodate our late arrival. Tired after a 4 hour drive from RI, Michael had everything ready to go. Paperwork, car detail, even the trade-in all took about an hour. They even gave me a bit of a price break for being active-duty military on a rare Series.Blue BRZ (only 1000 made.) When I was crossing a toll bridge I realized I had forgotten my EZ Pass transponder in my trade-in. A quick e-mail to Michael and he found it immediately. He even waived the overnight fee to mail in back to me in RI. Absolute professionalism at this dealership. I would highly recommend to anyone interested in a Subaru. They will make it worth your while to do business with you. More

No high pressure for the extended warranty or maintenance plans, but they were very clearly offered and explained. I am so glad I chose Ramsey Subaru even though it is not the closest dealer to me. If you don't shop at Ramsey Subaru, you are making a mistake I bought my first car here with my dad and I have to say this dealership is efficient and professional. I shopped at 5 different Subaru Dealerships in the NY/NJ area and right off the bat this dealership offered the lowest price. Beyond that, this was the only dealership that treated me like a family member and not a customer. None of the salesmen were arrogant, pushy, or seemed "too busy" to help a potential customer. I unknowingly asked one of their mechanics (I thought he was another salesman) about the Impreza while I was waiting for the test drive to be set up and he explained many of the features to me in great detail. My salesman is Michael Pandolfelli. Mike is courteous, patient, and charismatic. He went above and beyond to give my father and I the best deal possible. He was transparent throughout the entire process. I will be sure to refer him to any of my friends who want to purchase a Subaru. More
