I would have given perfect scores but today I went to pick up my new registration to transfer my old Subaru plates to my new Crosstrek, I was handed an envelope with the registration and the receptionist pick up my new registration to transfer my old Subaru plates to my new Crosstrek, I was handed an envelope with the registration and the receptionist asked me to sign for it. Given the enormous costs for the registration fee, clerical expense and document transmittal fee, one would think someone from Ramsey Subaru would actually put the plates on my car. Naturally when I got home I found the old license plate nuts and bolts rusted together, and after about an hour with penetrating fluid and a hacksaw I got them off. Purchasing the car was an excellent experience but for Ramsey to fumble the ball at the goal line was a terrible customer service error. More

When we came back in to buy the Forester, Cory picked up where we had left off. He was able to find a premium package in the color I wanted that was in stock, gave us a fair price, and took my trade-in vehicle. Once all the paperwork was completed and the keys handed over, he took us into the car and explained all of the features. He explained how the multimedia system worked as well as the bluetooth and voice commands. More
